JollofSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Information is false or misleading
- Account is used fraudulently or unlawfully
- User violates these Terms
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@jollofspace.com. Account deletion requests will be handled according to applicable laws.
3. Orders and Payments
When placing an order through JollofSpace:
- Orders are requests to purchase food from independent restaurants. Acceptance by the restaurant confirms the order.
- Prices displayed may include delivery fees, service fees, taxes, or other applicable charges.
- Payments may be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, digital wallet, or cash on delivery (where available).
Refund Policy: Refunds are available only if an order is not delivered, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds do not apply to:
- User errors in placing orders
- Changes of mind
- Delays caused by restaurants or delivery partners
This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
4. Delivery Services
Deliveries are performed by independent third-party delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the user upon delivery at the provided address. Jollof Space is not responsible for food quality, safety, or delays caused by third-party partners.
5. User Content, Reviews, and Ratings
Users may submit reviews, ratings, or comments regarding their experience. By submitting content, you agree to the following:
- You grant JollofSpace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content.
- You confirm your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive.
- JollofSpace may remove content deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
Users are prohibited from posting content intended to solicit business, conduct illegal activity, or mislead others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including graphics, logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of JollofSpace or its licensors.
You may not:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JollofSpace is not liable for:

- Any issues arising from third-party restaurant or delivery services
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud is not limited.

Users may not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Harass or interfere with restaurants, delivery partners, or other users
- Attempt to disrupt Platform operations
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Apple & Google Store Clauses
- Apple: These Terms are between you and JollofSpace. Apple is not responsible for the Platform, content, or services.
- Google: Google is not responsible for the Platform or any services provided.
